Schools Development Lead 28 hours per week | £19,500 – £21,750 (pro-rata £26,000 – £29,000)
16+ Development and Evaluation Lead 28 hours per week | £19,500 – £21,750 (pro-rata £26,000 – £29,000)

The RJ working team engages young people in better looking after themselves and each other through innovative group training in Cornwall & the Isles of Scilly’s schools, colleges and communities. We do this by facilitating young people to develop the skills, understanding, confidence and awareness to address social injustice and reduce harm, particularly identify related harm using the Restorative Model.

We are seeking a Schools Development Lead and a 16+ Development and Evaluation Lead. These roles require two highly motivated committed team players who want to develop as leaders and support the strategic development of RJ Working alongside delivering and leading programmes of work. This an exceptional opportunity for two dynamic individuals with drive and energy who are committed to social justice and looking for an opportunity to develop their leadership skills and experience. We are anticipating applications from candidates from a range of sectors with differing work and life experiences.
